Marketing Campaign Options & Descriptions

• Website Design: This offering includes up to a five-page personalized website design on the Word Press platform. Typical pages may include home, services, contact us, about us, testimonials, before and after work, etc.

• Custom Logo Design: Your business deserves to have a logo that you can be proud of that gets the message across to customers in a professional branding way. Our professional logo design process will result in a professionally designed logo in usable formats needed in today’s business environment. This will also include layout design of business cards (printing not included).

• Brochure / Slick Design: Engaging with every customer is an opportunity for a friend-to-friend referral. Never leave another customer empty handed without closing the conversation without handing them a strategically designed brochure uniquely designed to engage.

• Digital Business Card: Capitalize on conversations and lead with value. Enable prospective customers with the ability to receive up to three automated emails when they fill out the form in exchange for the value they’ll receive from you. This also works for posting to social media in an organic way.

• Monthly Search Engine Optimization (SEO): The two most important things to Google® are returning results to its users of the most relevant and trusted content on the world wide web when consumers search for products and services that businesses have to offer. While the work that goes into building a website makes it look great visually, SEO is the required on website page and off website page work that must be completed month-over-month to ensure Google® views your website as a relevant and trusted source of information so that it can compete and thrive in today’s competitive digital marketplace.

• Google® Review Service: While every business needs and loves to receive positive reviews, the trouble is that most customers will not voluntarily leave them without the right systems in place to prompt them. This simple yet laser focused approach to Google® Reviews enables you to ask every happy customer for permission to send them a text or email to receive a Google® Review.

• Accountability and Transparency: Whoever you partner with in the work that you do, accountability and transparency is key to clear communication that leads to desired outcomes. Our approach is to over communicate and over deliver. This is done via text, email and reporting dashboards where possible for you to have a pulse to be the expert in your space, yet know what’s going on in your digital space.

• Social Media Ad Management: This is to oversee the creation of ads that can be posted to social media. While there is no margin in pay-per-click ad spend, it is important to have the right expertise overseeing the creation of your ads, maintaining them and making adjustments regularly throughout the campaign so that they meet the mark of lead generation.

• Continued Communication: During the first to second month of every successful marketing campaign, frequent communication is required as we work together to learn more about your business, receive your assets (photos, bios, copy about your business and industry and expertise, etc.) required to represent you and your business in the best professional positioning. As the initial heavy lifting is underway, communications may be scaled back as natural when the foundational elements of website, branding, internal marketing and external marketing are in place. We’ll continue to maintain and you can continue to run a great business. However, we want to continue to check in from time to time to discuss updates, strategy and report on maintenance and progress.

DannySentMe, LLC equips other business professionals with increased competence, confidence and commitment to lead with value around the clock for your prospective customers the way they want to find and engage with you – and that means increased profitable sales results, and customer loyalty that leads to referred business.

Terms & Conditions

Billing Terms:
You certify that you authorize DannySentMe, LLC to automatically charge your account via automated credit card debit, or automated ACH withdrawal. Invoices or statements 30 days or more past due may result in restriction or cancellation of any product or service. A Service termination must be done no later than five (5) calendar days before the service term will renew.

Contract Terms:
The term of this agreement will commence upon acceptance of this agreement. This Agreement renews automatically at the expiration of the Initial Term for a period equal to the Initial Term, unless cancelled within 30 days after the renewal. Once the terms of contract have been met, you may cancel your service at any time. Any outstanding balances must be paid in full prior to account(s) closure. This agreement is for one of three options selected in the proposal.

Consent Terms:
By providing your email address, you agree that DannySentMe, LLC may send you email notifications, promotional material and any other marketing materials. DannySentMe, LLC will not share your email address, and will only use it for internal purposes. By providing your phone number, you agree that DannySentMe, LLC, its affiliates and agents, may contact you at this number. If this is a cell phone number, you agree that we may contact you via phone call and/or using an automatic dialer, including pre-recorded messages and/or text messages, even if your cell phone provider may charge you for calls according to your current plan.

Compliance Terms:
Any misuse or abuse of DannySentMe, LLC software or products are subject to immediate account termination. Fraudulent activity or misconduct of any type of DannySentMe, LLC software, tools or platform is subject to immediate account termination. Termination for cause by either party, if either party breaches a material term of this agreement of a program addendum, the other party may terminate this agreement, if the breaching party does not cure such breach within five (5) business days after receiving written notice of such breach.
